What to Expect From Your First Estate Sale

Deciding to hold an estate sale can feel overwhelming, especially during an already difficult time. Our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

It all begins with a free phone consultation to discuss your needs and timeline. From there we schedule an in-home walk-through to assess the volume and quality of items and build a customized plan.

Preparation typically takes about two weeks. We sort, research, stage, and price everything for fair market value. The sale itself usually runs three days, Wednesday through Friday, with Saturday reserved for pickups.

After the sale, what happens to unsold items is decided together during the agreement phase — donation is common, and we can often provide a tax receipt. Our optional clean-out service leaves the home broom-swept and ready for its next chapter.
