An estate sale (sometimes called a tag sale) is a way of quickly selling most or all of the contents of a home or estate. Attendees enter the home to browse items priced for fair market resale and purchase what they like. We also offer online sales where items are listed on our website with porch pickup, which limits how many people are inside the home.

We handle estates of all sizes and types — large or small, no job is too big. Sales are subject to our scheduling and availability, and if we're unable to take on your sale we're glad to provide referrals to other trusted professionals.

We're based in Biloxi, MS and serve the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast — from Bay St. Louis to Pascagoula, and as far north as Wiggins.

No. We offer free consultations and in-home walk-throughs with no upfront costs. There's no obligation to move forward after we meet.

Our fee is a percentage of the final gross sales, determined by the condition and scope of the estate. Nothing is collected until after the sale is complete — we only get paid when you do.

How long does the process take?

Preparation typically takes about two weeks. The sale itself usually runs three days, Wednesday through Friday, with Saturday reserved for pickups. Post-sale wrap-up is generally completed within a few days.

What happens to unsold items?

What happens to unsold items is decided together during the agreement phase. Donation is common, and when items are donated we can often provide a tax receipt for your records.

Do you offer a clean-out service?

Yes. Our clean-out service includes sorting and arranging donations, hauling away remaining trash, and broom-swept cleaning with top-to-bottom dusting and vacuuming. Please note we do not provide deep cleaning such as carpet shampooing.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry a $1 million liability policy. The client maintains their own liability insurance on the property during the sale.

Do I need to be present?

No. For security, liability, and your own comfort, clients and family members are not on-site during the preparation and the sale itself.

What should I do before the consultation?

Before we meet, remove anything you don't want to sell — personal effects, family photos, important documents, trash, and broken items. Otherwise, please don't get rid of anything; we can often sell more than you'd expect.
