3. We Catalog & Market
Our team photographs, researches, prices, and markets your items to collectors and end users.
4. The Sale
We run the in-home, online, or auction sale — typically three days, Wednesday through Friday.
5. You Get Paid
After the sale closes we settle quickly and transparently. We only get paid when you do.
Transparent Commission
Our fee is a percentage of the final gross sales, based on the condition and scope of the estate. There are no upfront costs and nothing is collected until after the sale is complete.
Fully Insured
We carry a $1 million liability policy and treat every home with respect. You don’t need to be present during prep or the sale — we handle it all.
